An integration stopped syncing
What to check when an app shows a sync error.
Updated
If an integration shows a red or amber health indicator, agents that use it may pause or skip steps. Most issues take a minute to fix.
Check the health panel
Open Integrations, choose the app, and look at Health. It shows the last successful sync and the most recent error.
| Error | What it means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication expired | The sign-in token is no longer valid | Click Reconnect and sign in again |
| Permission denied | The connected account lost access | Reconnect with an account that has access |
| Rate limited | The app is limiting requests | Wait; Agento retries automatically |
| App unavailable | The app is down or unreachable | Check the app’s status page |
Reconnect
- Click Reconnect.
- Sign in with the same account, or one with the same access.
- Agento resumes paused runs from their last checkpoint. No work is lost.
Still not working?
- Make sure the app’s admin hasn’t blocked third-party access.
- Check that the records your agent needs are still shared with the connected account.
- Look at the run timeline for the exact step that failed.
If the problem continues, contact support with the integration name and the time of the error. We can see the request details on our side.
