This Privacy Policy explains how Agento, Inc. (“Agento”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit our website or use our product.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, work email, company, and role when you sign up or contact us.
• Usage data: how you use the product, such as features used and settings, to keep it working and improve it.
• Customer Content: data your agents process on your behalf. We act as a processor for this data under our Data Processing Agreement.
• Website data: pages visited and device information, collected with cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, respond to requests, send product and billing communication, and, with your consent where required, send marketing emails. We never sell personal data, and we never use Customer Content to train models.

Sharing

We share personal data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment providers), under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited time after, as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Customer Content is deleted within 30 days after your workspace is closed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. Email privacy@example.com and we will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We may process data outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
