We’re growing across three offices. You’ll help every manager hire, onboard, and grow their teams, and make Agento a great place to work.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders on hiring plans, performance, and growth.
- Run onboarding and improve it with every cohort.
- Own people programs, from reviews to benefits.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in people operations or HR business partnering at a startup.
- Sound judgment and a calm, practical style.
