Why we built Agento
The leverage of a large team, for every team. A note from our co-founder on where we started and where we're going.

Before Agento, I ran operations at a company of forty people. We had more ideas than hours, and most of those hours went to work nobody enjoyed.
The busywork problem
Every team I’ve worked with spends a third of its time on repetitive work: copying data between tools, chasing approvals, answering the same questions. It’s necessary, and it’s not why anyone took the job.
Agents, with guardrails
AI can now do much of that work. But teams won’t hand it over unless they can see what agents do, decide what they’re allowed to do, and step in at any moment. That’s what we set out to build.
Where we’re going
Our goal is simple: give every team the leverage of a much larger one, without giving up control. Thank you for building it with us.
