Introducing Agento 2.0: multi-agent workflows for real work
Agents can now hand work to each other, wait for approvals, and run for days. Here's what's new and why we built it.

When we launched Agento, most teams used it for one job at a time: research a list of accounts, answer a ticket, match an invoice. A year later, the most successful teams were chaining those jobs together by hand. Agento 2.0 makes that chain a first-class workflow.
Agents that hand off to each other
A research agent can now pass its findings to a writing agent, which drafts an email and hands it to a person for approval. Each agent keeps its own instructions, apps, and permissions, so a mistake in one step can’t spill into the next.
Runs that last for days
Real work rarely finishes in one sitting. Workflows can now pause for a reply, a signature, or a scheduled date, then pick up exactly where they left off, with the full history attached.
workflow: new-lead-to-meeting
steps:
- agent: account-researcher
- agent: outreach-drafter
approval: required
- wait: reply # pauses until the prospect answers, up to 14 days
- agent: meeting-booker
